Russ Snow has been designing, administering and consulting on both qualified and non-qualified employee retirement plans since 1989. He brings to each client relationship a vast knowledge of the legal and technical requirements critical to ensuring their retirement plan remains compliant with the latest rules and regulations. Russ oversees the actuarial department technical compliance and sets the actuarial standards for the firm and is heavily involved with the legal documents for defined benefit and cash balance plans.
