Walk to Defeat ALS
MGKS employees participated in the 2015 Scottsdale Walk to Defeat ALS. This event raised over $410,000 and included over 4,500 people in attendance.
Special Olympics Arizona
Several MGKS employees also volunteered in the 2016 Special Olympics Arizona Summer Games.
Teed Off At Cancer Golf Tournament
MGKS has been proud to support this annual event, sponsored by Radiology Ltd., which supports Cancer Research in southern Arizona.
Phoenix Rescue Mission
In 2016 our office had employees who participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's as well as others who volunteered at this event. Over $500,000 was raised by this walk and there were 4,500+ participants on 500+ teams.
Walk to End Alzheimer's
Our office has participated in the Hope Coach Program which supplies snacks, water, and weather related items for the hungry and homeless on the streets.
Feed My Starving Children
In 2017 our employees volunteered with Feed My Starving Children to help pack nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children. The number of meals that our team packed were then sent to the Philippines to feed 90 children for an entire year.
Autism Speaks Walk
Also in 2017, several of our employees took part in the 12th annual Autism Speaks Walk to celebrate, connect, inspire, and raise funds that will support autism programs and research. There were over 500 teams with approximately 20,000 walkers. The total amount raised was an estimated $885,000.
St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance
In 2018 our employees volunteered with St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance to help pack emergency food boxes which will be distributed to St. Mary's nonprofits partners throughout Phoenix and 13 Arizona counties including food pantries, dining halls, and homeless shelters.
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul
In 2019 our employees volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul, an organization that helps feed, clothe, house, and heal those in need. The team helped sort and pack food into boxes which would later be distributed to those in the Phoenix area who need it most.
